चीन ने बढ़ाए दलाई लामा का प्रभाव कम करने के प्रयास
चीन के भीतर रहने वाले तिब्बतियों पर चौदहवें दलाई लामा का प्रभाव घटाने और उन्हें नीचा दिखाने के लिए चीनी प्रशासन के प्रयास पिछले कुछ महीनों से स्पष्ट रूप से बढ़ गए हैं। साथ ही इस वर्ष चीन के राजनीतिक कैलेंडर में कई वर्षगांठें मनाई जानी हैं जैसे अक्टूबर में चीन गणराज्य (पीआरसी) की स्थापना का 70वां वर्ष, अप्रैल में पीपुल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी नेवी (प्लान) का स्थापना दिवस, जून में संवेदनशील थ्येन आनमन ‘कांड’ की 30वीं बरसी और 10 मार्च को तिब्बत से चौदहवें दलाई लामा के पलायन की 60वीं वर्षगांठ।
