A former member of the Indian Administrative Service, Raghvendra Singh has headed The National Archives, The Nehru Memorial Museum and Library and the National Library. He was Secretary Culture and Textiles in the Government of India. He worked extensively in the sector of Museology. He also authored a book called ‘India’s Lost Frontiers: The Story of North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan’.He is currently working on two projects: ‘Gilgit’ and ‘Syama Prasad Mukherjee’.
