Bharath R Nair is a final year Master's student in Geopolitics and International Relations at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Media Studies, and Economics from Christ University, Bangalore. His experiences include research internships from institutions such as the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses New Delhi where I focused on South Asian geopolitics, and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences Hyderabad, where I analysed the impact of COVID-19 in Southeast Asia. My research interests span India-Sri Lanka relations, political instability in South Asia, and India's foreign policy toward the neighbourhood.
