The Communist Party of China Central Committee appointed Ma Xingrui, former governor of Guangdong province, as the new Party chief for the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region on Saturday. Ma will serve as the region's Party secretary, replacing current chief Chen Quanguo, who will assume another role, Xinhua reported without giving further details. In recent years, the Tibet autonomous region has launched a series of policies to support college graduates as they look for employment in places outside the region to ease job pressure, local media reported. The AI “prosecutor” can file a charge with more than 97 per cent accuracy based on a verbal description of the case, according to the researchers.
