Bilquees Daud is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal School of International Affairs, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. She holds a BA in Social Sciences from the American University of Afghanistan and a master’s degree in public policy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, Germany. With extensive experience collaborating with local and international organizations, academic institutions, and research centers both in Afghanistan and globally, she has contributed numerous research and analytical articles published across various platforms. Additionally, she provides media commentary on Afghan affairs for outlets such as BBC, Diplomat, Afghanistan International, and Sputnik.
